Information for presenters

Oral presentation

There will be 14 oral presentations (or talks) over the two days of the conference plus the four plenary speakers. Each presentation will be given a 30 minute slot. We anticipate a 20 minute talk and then 5-8 minutes for questions.

The conference venue is equipped with MS Office, including Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files. We advise bringing your presentation on a memory stick and uploading it to the lecture room’s computer at a break before your talk. We would like to minimise handover time. You are also welcome to email your presentation to in advance for us to check.
