Information for presenters

Oral presentation

There will be 14 oral presentations (or talks) over the two days of the conference plus the four plenary speakers. Each presentation will be given a 30 minute slot. We anticipate a 20 minute talk and then 5-8 minutes for questions.

The conference venue is equipped with MS Office, including Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files. We advise bringing your presentation on a memory stick and uploading it to the lecture room’s computer at a break before your talk. We would like to minimise handover time. You are also welcome to email your presentation to isbpac2024@gmail.com in advance for us to check.

Poster presentation

Posters should be A1 portrait. A1 portrait = 594 mm * 841mm in size.

If you would like to print your poster in Swansea, we would recommend using Print Partnership, 8 De La Beche Street (Tel: +44 (0) 1792 552955). You can email them (rs@printpartnership.co.uk) with the pdf file, pay online and collect when you arrive in Swansea.

There are two dedicated poster sessions on the provisional programme. You will be allocated one of those slots. Posters can be put up at the beginning of each day. Boards and drawing pins will be provided.
