Information for Presenters

ISBPAC 2026 is an in-person event only. Oral and poster presenters must register for the conference to confirm attendance at the conference in person.

Oral Presentations

There will be 20 oral presentations over the two days of the conference, plus the four plenary speakers. Each oral presentation will be given a 20 minute slot, allowing for 15 minutes for the talk, and 5 minutes for questions.

The conference venue is equipped with MS Office, including Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files. We advise bringing your presentation on a memory stick and uploading it to the lecture room’s computer at a break before your talk. We would like to minimise handover time. You are also welcome to email your presentation to isbpac2026@reading.ac.uk in advance for us to check.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be printed in size A1 (94.4cm x 84.1cm). Our poster boards measure 1 metre by 1 metre, which will accommodate an A1 poster in either portrait or landscape orientation.

There will be two dedicated poster sessions, one on each day of the conference, and you will be allocated to one of these slots. Posters can be put up at the beginning of each day. Poster boards and drawing pins will be provided.
